Transport fresh milk using real-time temperature trackers

Milk is rich in a large amount of various nutrients such as protein, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.  To prevent the loss of these nutrients before they reach consumers, real-time temperature trackers are used to monitor the transportation and storage conditions at each stage.

Requirements for the transportation and storage of milk:

  1. Avoid light: Excessive light can accelerate the decomposition of certain vitamins in milk, causing it to spoil.
  2. Keep clean: A clean environment can prevent the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms.
  3. Ensure sealing: Before milk is placed in the refrigerator, it is necessary to ensure that the seal is intact to prevent bacterial invasion.
  4. Avoid freezing at low temperatures: Excessive refrigeration can cause milk to freeze, destroying its emulsifying properties, leading to the separation of proteins and fats and a decline in taste, as well as the destruction of nutrients.
  5. Stable temperature: Fresh milk needs to be stored in the refrigerator during transportation.  The temperature is best controlled between 2℃ and 6℃ to inhibit the reproduction of bacteria.

The real-time temperature tracker produced by PLUSTRACE has the functions of real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, light, vibration, positioning and route, and can fully realize the visualization of the cold chain.

The real-time temperature tracker can be selected in 2G/4G/5G models as needed, facilitating real-time monitoring of the logistics status. In case of emergencies, real-time alerts can be sent via email, text message and the application, facilitating adjustments.

The real-time temperature tracker continuously optimizes the user experience based on customer suggestions and has received many favorable comments so far.  The equipment is suitable for various transportation modes, has a large storage capacity, a wide range of temperature and humidity detection, and high precision.

After the operation is completed, the report can be downloaded through the USB port and the cloud platform.  Even if the data is in offline mode, it can be retransmitted after the signal returns, avoiding data loss.

The real-time temperature tracker is an excellent device for ensuring the safety and quality of fresh milk, yogurt and other dairy products during transportation.
