Recently, PLUSTRACE has officially launched the G1(e) disposable cold chain temperature recorder. Compared with the previous disposable temperature recorders, G1(e) not only maintains the core function of continuous temperature recording throughout the process, but also achieves further miniaturization of the body and significant price reduction. It focuses on providing a "lighter and more inclusive" cold chain temperature control solution.
The new disposable cold chain temperature recorder has a more compact and lightweight body, with a significant reduction in size. It can be easily attached to small packaging boxes, foam boxes, etc., without taking up extra space or affecting the stacking of packages. It is particularly suitable for transportation scenarios where packaging space is sensitive, such as for fresh produce and medicine.
In terms of price, thanks to the optimization of structure and materials, the G1(e) is priced more favorably compared to previous products, further reducing the temperature control cost per single transportation, allowing small and medium-sized merchants to easily deploy full-process temperature monitoring in batches.
Functionally, the disposable cold chain temperature recorder maintains the previous features: one-click operation, no need for configuration and calibration. It supports monitoring within the range of -30℃ to 70℃ and automatic periodic recording. It stores complete temperature data throughout the process.
After transportation, by connecting to a computer via USB, an unalterable PDF temperature report can be automatically generated, fully presenting the temperature curve and overheating periods, facilitating receipt inspection and liability traceability.
The widespread adoption of cold chain temperature control hinges on cost and ease of use. The G1(e) recorder reduces the barrier to entry with its "smaller size and lower cost" combination, facilitating the expansion of temperature monitoring from large enterprises to small and medium-sized businesses, enabling the recording of temperature throughout the transportation process and ensuring traceability of responsibility.
