With one-click operation, after turning on the machine, remove the adhesive tape on the back and stick it to the box to automatically monitor.
The LCD screen built into the equipment can display the real-time temperature and the highest/lowest temperatures in the past at the site during transportation. This makes it possible to detect any abnormal temperature conditions at an early stage of exposure and take intervention measures on the spot.
The equipment uses a CR2450 large battery and can operate for 110 days. The accuracy is ±0.2℃. The temperature collection range is between -30℃ to 70℃, which meets the temperature monitoring requirements for most fruits and vegetables during storage and transportation. The body is wrapped with sponge and has an IP67 food-grade waterproof bag on the outside. It can prevent dust and water from entering while also avoiding damage to the monitoring due to bumps and collisions.
After running, tear the waterproof bag and connect the USB interface of the device to the PC to view the PDF/CSV report. The report is encrypted and cannot be tampered with, which helps to clarify the handover responsibility and reduce the dispute of cargo damage. This single use eliminates the need for recycling, charging, and calibration maintenance procedures, and the overall cost for a single use is significantly lower than the recyclable solution.
