Temperature and humidity recorder suitable for large-scale onion storage

The most suitable storage temperature for Onions is between 0°C ~ 4°C, and too high a temperature will cause Onions to sprout and rot. Humidity needs to be maintained between 65% and 70%, reducing the water loss and metabolic rate of Onions is a key factor in extending the shelf life.
